2 weeks fish and broccoli diet AMAZING results 18th Nov to 2nd Dec

This diet is EXTREME & considered a CRASH DIET it is in no way advised as a sensible method for losing weight.

If you are planning to undertake this diet all you will have in your body is Fish & Broccoli and enough quantity to satisfy the brain enough to deplete fat storage rather then muscle reserves although it could still dip into the richer safer muscle storage if more then 2 weeks is introduced.

The eating plan was
70g oat in the morning with water
then every 3 hours

200 g white skinless boneless fish and 200g broccoli and that’s it
